MEGASKILLS at the European Employment and Social Rights Forum 2025

The MEGASKILLS Project took center stage at the European Employment and Social Rights Forum 2025, a high-profile event aimed at tackling Europe’s most urgent social and economic challenges.

This year, the forum focused on a critical issue: Europe’s growing labor and skills shortages, coupled with declining productivity. With industries across the continent struggling to fill positions, and the future of work requiring increasingly sophisticated skill sets, it's clear that traditional methods of skills training are no longer sufficient. This is precisely where the MEGASKILLS Project offers a revolutionary solution.

The live demonstration at the EUSocialForum gave attendees the chance to experience firsthand how the MEGASKILLS platform works. As they played the specially designed video games, participants actively trained their soft skills, tackling challenges that tested their ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and lead with confidence.
