Call for Experts: Help Shape the Future of Soft Skills

The MEGASKILLS consortium is looking for professionals from education, business, and policy fields to take part in a unique online expert workshop on 12 June 2025 (afternoon, CEST). The session will last approximately 3.5 hours.

This is a valuable opportunity to join an international initiative that is redefining soft skills for the 21st century. As a participant, you will gain early access to key research findings and contribute your expertise to help finalise a new conceptual model of soft skills that addresses today’s societal and workplace challenges.Your insights are vital to ensuring that the model aligns with the realities of the labour market and supports the development of a coherent and future-oriented European skills framework.

MEGASKILLS is a Horizon Europe-funded research and innovation project that aims to redefine how soft (or transversal) skills are understood, taught, and applied across sectors. In response to rapid global changes, the project offers a modern and practical classification of soft skills, while also bridging the gap between education and the labour market. Through in-depth research and the development of an innovative, accessible methodology for training and assessing soft skills, MEGASKILLS directly contributes to advancing the European Skills Agenda, addressing Actions 1, 2, 4, 7, and 10.
