The purpose of this webinar is to present the MEGASKILLS project, giving the stage to experts to discuss how soft skills are important for the EU economy and how gaming help up-skill and re-skill our labour force. MEGASKILLS has identified gaps between the soft skills offer, in education, and their demand from the labour market. MEGASKILLS wants to create an affordable methodology for training and evaluating soft skills.
