The European Skills Agenda recognises the importance of soft skills. However, there are still at least two significant gaps between soft skills and both education and the labour market: high atomisation and the absence of rigorous and affordable training and assessment methods. MEGASKILLS project main objective is to help bridge the gap between the educational offer and the labor market through the research and design of an innovative and affordable methodology for training and evaluating soft skills.
Join us at the Webinar to explore the results of the Megaskills project, focusing on the key skills identified through innovative pilot programs. By highlighting the success of this initiative, we aim to demonstrate its market potential and the growing demand for effective soft skills assessment. Valuable insights from SMEs and the gaming industry will be shared, illustrating how these findings are driving the future of soft skills development. We will hear from notable experts from the MEGASKILLS project and from the gaming industry.
